Glenn

Glenn started his estate agency career back in 1999 after completing education at The Brit School.   After quickly learning that the property industry would be his life long career and achieving fantastic sales results at a small independent agency in Chislehurst,  he then decided to move on and has since worked for a large well known, multi office estate agency group in South London.

 

Performing at a high level and managing various branches over an 18 year span Glenn has gained extensive knowledge of the South East London and North Kent area.  On average Glenn would oversee approximately 50 million pounds worth of transactions a year, selling a variety of styles of properties ranging from modern luxury apartments through to large period detached houses.  

Glenn says that the reason he formed the company is because he felt that there could be a more personal relationship with the client allowing for a better experience for the seller or landlord.  Glenn said  " Agency is changing, selling homes and moving people should be about the relationship and the chance to be the clients go to property expert for life, not just a one off transaction" "We want to give our clients a more bespoke and contemporary service which is something that the large high street chains aren't offering"  ..
